1. Shipping Scope
We currently deliver desk mouse pads nationwide within Vietnam. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order-Processing Time
Once you place an order, our warehouse team picks, quality-checks, and hands the parcel to our logistics partner within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery Timeframe
After the package has been collected by the carrier, delivery to your address typically takes 1 – 3 business days, depending on your province/city. Remote or hard-to-access locations may require additional time.
4. Flat-Rate Shipping Fee
A fixed shipping charge of 30,000 VND per order applies, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
5. Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable third-party couriers that offer standard door-to-door service across Vietnam. You will receive an automated e-mail with the carrier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
6. Order Tracking
Track your shipment at any time in My Account → Orders (/my-account/orders/) or via the carrier’s website using the tracking ID provided.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If your desk mouse pad is faulty or not as described, you may request a return or replacement under our Return & Refund Policy (/return-refund-policy/). Please inspect the item on delivery and contact us within 7 days if any issue arises.
8. Liability During Transit
Until the parcel is handed to the carrier, Paddiy is fully responsible for loss or damage. From pick-up onward, the carrier bears liability; however, we will assist you in filing any claim. Should you nominate your own courier, responsibility transfers to you once the goods leave our warehouse.
